A team player is an individual who is cooperative and gets along with his/her coworkers. They will sacrifice themselves for the good of the team and are just as interested in achieving team goals as they are individual goals. They enjoy working with others and develop close relationships with teammates. Jobs that require interactions among coworkers and/or different departments require "team player" characteristics. |
